I personally use ZooGue. It's a pretty cheap stand and I use it for reading in bed and watching movies, among other things. It can adjust to any angle and is made of real leather. When fully collapsed, it's very slim, so you can leave it in the case and carry it wherever you go. I got it after reading a lot of really positive reviews about this stand.

Have you seen this ingenious little invention? Office Depot is selling this "iPad stand" for $0.99. Ok, it's actually a business card holder but everyone's using it for their ipads. Not sure if it will work in bed, but you can always try it, and if it doesn't, you can always use it as a regular stand for your ipad. For 99 cents, who cares! You can even get it online here.

I use this simple leather fold-up stand for my iPad. Nothing fancy, but it holds up the iPad nicely while I'm sitting on the couch or reading in bed.
